DV solo valida que controlás el dominio (emitido en minutos). OV valida también la identidad legal de tu empresa (1-3 días hábiles). EV hace una validación extendida completa — es el estándar en banca y finanzas porque tiene el nivel más alto de confianza (3-7 días hábiles). Para la mayoría de los sitios corporativos, OV es la opción correcta.DV only validates that you control the domain (issued in minutes). OV also validates your company's legal identity (1-3 business days). EV does a full extended validation — it's the standard in banking and finance because it has the highest trust level (3-7 business days). For most corporate sites, OV is the right choice.

Para sitios de producción empresarial, Sectigo ofrece certificados de 1-2 años, soporte 24/7, garantía financiera y validación OV/EV.Let's Encrypt is DV and free, but expires every 90 days (requires auto-renewal), offers no support, is not valid for Code Signing or S/MIME, and has no issuance guarantee.
